Not All Light Bulbs Wish to Be Modified?

How many Therapists does it take to change a light-weight bulb? One, but the light bulb needs to want to vary!

Oh, this is thus true in any organization. It does not matter how sensible your plan might be. If the organization is not prepared for change, it won’t. If your vision does not get hold of itself by 10 times, you are the one that needs to change. Implementing technology for the sake of technology dims the very lightweight bulb required to pay your salary.

There might be another reason. The organization might simply not be able to see your vision. You can not assume they will see your vision. No two people assume alike. You must realize out where their head is and walk them to where you are. You will NOT achieve that without an understanding of how different people assume and what’s of value to them. You will never really understand that without a operating relationship with them. If you have got a relationship with a person, you may be allowed the chance to walk him/her towards your vision.
